Neil Silver has been in the real estate industry for over 25 years. In his capacity as President and owner of Reigns Capital, Neil has been responsible for brokering hundreds of residential properties throughout the United States with a particular focus in the New York metropolitan area. He has represented both buyers and sellers of real estate and has firsthand experience working through the issues associated with real estate transactions including marketing, valuations, financing, zoning, environmental, etc.
In addition to his excellent track record as an advisor on many complicated real estate transactions, Neil has been an active real estate investor in Westchester. He has also purchased and sold several homes of his own and understands the unique issues associated with home ownership.
Perhaps as important as his real estate background, Neil understands and is very sensitive to the personal side of buying and selling a home. He views each transaction as if it was his own money and guides his clients with their best interest in mind. As a 18 year resident of Scarsdale, Neil has raised three children with his wife Robyn.
Neil is bringing his vast experience brokering diverse real estate properties to Real Living’s Scarsdale office concentrating on single family homes. Prior to forming Reigns Capital, Neil Silver worked on Wall Street where he was involved in performing real estate analysis and valuations for several billion dollars in real estate transactions.
Neil is a board member and is chairman of the housing committee for Community Capital of NY which is a Westchester based non-profit that provides loans for affordable housing and new businesses in the lower Hudson Valley.
Neil also worked for an architecture firm and prepared environmental impact studies. He was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, received his BS from SUNY at Albany, his Master of Public Administration/Environmental Management from the University of Southern California and his Master of Business Administration from Pace University.
