Neil Silver has been in the real estate industry for over 25 years.  In his capacity as President and owner of Reigns Capital, Neil has been responsible for brokering hundreds of residential properties throughout the United States with a particular focus in the New York metropolitan area.  He has represented both buyers and sellers of real estate and has firsthand experience working through the issues associated with real estate transactions including marketing, valuations, financing, zoning, environmental, etc.

In addition to his excellent track record as an advisor on many complicated real estate transactions, Neil has been an active real estate investor in Westchester. He has also purchased and sold several homes of his own and understands the unique issues associated with home ownership.

Perhaps as important as his real estate background, Neil understands and is very sensitive to the personal side of buying and selling a home. He views each transaction as if it was his own money and guides his clients with their best interest in mind. As a 18 year resident of Scarsdale, Neil has raised three children with his wife Robyn.

Neil is bringing his vast experience brokering diverse real estate properties to Five Corners Properties concentrating on single family homes.  He chose Five Corners for their unique approach to the industry and looks forward to helping to create and a different perception of your neighborhood real estate broker.

Neil is a board member and is chairman of the housing committee for Community Capital of NY which is a Westchester based non-profit that provides loans for affordable housing and new businesses in the lower Hudson Valley.
